I help businesses by creating strategic websites tailored to their goals—websites that reflect their business, answer customer questions, build trust, support long-term visibility, and remain valuable in the age of AI.
I’m Paul Schmidt, an independent website consultant and the founder of Tadimico LLC.
For me, building websites has never been just about design or technology. I’m interested in how businesses communicate, how customers make decisions, and how a website can become a practical business tool rather than simply an online brochure.
I’m originally from Germany, lived in Curaçao for more than ten years, and today I work from my sailboat while exploring the Caribbean and Central America.
This lifestyle allows me to combine my passion for travel with my work, collaborate with businesses internationally, and run my own web projects where I continuously test new ideas, SEO strategies, and the growing influence of AI in how people discover information online.
Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses in different industries, built and operated my own online projects, and learned that the most successful websites are the ones that genuinely help their visitors, reflect the business behind them, and continue to deliver value over time.
My Background
Building websites has been part of my work for many years. During that time, I’ve worked with small businesses, tourism companies, and entrepreneurs in different countries, each with their own goals, audiences, and challenges.
One thing has remained constant: no two businesses are the same. Every project requires understanding the people behind the business, the customers they want to reach, and the information those customers need before making a decision.
Alongside client work, I build and operate my own online projects. They allow me to test new ideas, experiment with SEO and AI search strategies, and observe how websites perform over months and years—not just after launch.
Because I can compare industry advice with real-world results, I don’t rely solely on popular trends or assumptions. The experience I gain from my own projects helps me make better decisions for every client website I build.
How I Work
I don’t start with the website.
Most website projects begin with colors, layouts, or templates. I don’t.
I start by understanding your business, your customers, and the questions they ask before they decide to contact you. Only then do I build a website that reflects your brand and helps visitors find the information they are looking for.
Every decision—from the page structure to the content—is made with a clear purpose.
My focus is long-term value.
I don’t build websites that look impressive for a few weeks and then become outdated.
I build websites that:
-
- answer customer questions clearly
- represent your business professionally
- can grow together with your business
- remain useful for both people and AI systems
That means thinking beyond design. A good website should continue working for you and growing with you years after it has been published.
Independent advice, practical solutions.
Because I work independently, I recommend what makes sense for your business—not what helps sell a particular platform or service.
If something can be kept simple, I keep it simple.
If something needs a more strategic solution, I’ll explain why.
My goal is not to sell the biggest project possible, but to create the right solution for your situation.
To create a website that genuinely represents your business, I first need to see it through the eyes of your customers. Only then can I decide what information matters most, how it should be structured, and how your website can best support your business goals.
My Own Projects
These are two of several online projects I’ve built over the years and continue to develop alongside my client work.
Sailing Anima
My sailing blog documenting my life aboard, long-distance cruising, boat refits, and everything I learn while living on a sailboat. It’s where I experiment with long-form content, SEO, and AI discoverability.
Urlaub Curacao (German Website)
An independent travel guide helping visitors discover activities, accommodations, and local experiences on Curaçao. This project focuses on information architecture, tourism content, and local search visibility.
The best way to understand how websites perform is to run them yourself. Alongside my client work, I operate two long-term online projects where I continuously test content strategies, SEO, AI visibility, and user experience. The insights I gain help me make better decisions for every website I build.
Every Business Is Different.
Your Website Should Be Too.
If you’re looking for a website that reflects your business, answers your customers’ questions, and remains valuable in the age of AI, let’s start with a conversation.
I usually respond within one business day.
